How to use these fairy coloring pages
Coloring is a fun and relaxing process. But if you want to fully immerse in the experience and get the most out of it, here are a few tips on how to use these fairy coloring pages for adults:
- Choose your coloring method.
There are two ways to color these printable coloring sheets. The first is the traditional way – on paper. Then, just click the download link under each image for a high-resolution printable JPG file.
By default, these coloring pages are all 16″ wide. But you can resize it before printing to fit the paper you have.
The second way of using these pages is to color them digitally, which requires a coloring device and software like Procreate on iPad. The good thing is that you can erase and try out different palettes as many times as you want. But if you prefer the pen-to-paper experience, digital coloring might not be for you.
- Gather your supplies.
If you choose to color these pages the traditional way, you will need a set of supplies, including colored pencils, crayons, or markers according to your preference, erasers if you use colored pencils, and a flat space (such as a desk.) Then you are all set.
- Decide on your colors.
Have a brief coloring plan in mind. If you use colored pencils, maybe lightly color each block to see if that’s what you envision.
- Start coloring in the lightest color first, using light pressure to build up the color gradually.
- After finishing all the coloring, you can outline the patterns if you want them to be more distinctive. If not, you are all done! Step back and admire your work!
