I had a coworker who is a Libra. She was the spotlight of the office. Every day she walked into the room like a summer breeze with a big smile on her face. She was like the Disney princess – pure, kind, gorgeous, and people were drawn to her.
After 3 months working as an intern, she got promoted to a formal staff in the creative department. We became closer as we worked on the same team. But that didn’t last very long. 2 months later, she quit.
I asked her why, and to my surprise, she said the job was too stressful and it was a waste of her talent. It was not something I expected. She always greeted others with such positive energy. And she never made an objection on the brainstorms. “I don’t want to be the bad guy.” She said. She had so much more to offer. But she kept her mouth shut to not cross anybody.
To this day, I still wonder what she could achieve if she was more decisive, determined, and daring. Maybe it’s in the Libra’s gene to avoid confrontations. And beneath their perfect image, there are the tiny things that make people and themselves suffer.

Libra are excellent observers. And in a crowd, they tend to pick up the small details that no one notices. They could use them to make up a false theory or a story. And they love to talk about people behind their backs.
It’s worth noting that they don’t always gossip with bad intentions. They take pride in knowing what others don’t know about. But they may do it without considering the consequences.
